1) DOUBLE CLEANSE
FIRST CLEANSE to remove make up and the SPF and SECOND CLEANSE to really clean your skin. It literally takes 2 - 3 minutes each night and the Egyptian Neroli in the Cleansing Oil helps to calm the mind before bed.
2) MOISTURISE WITH A FACE OIL (AM & PM)
Yes, using high quality plant based face oils on the skin (MORNING & EVENING!) helps to balance and regenerate as the oils can penetrate into the skin helping to naturally regenerate and prevent dehydration. Once you get used to using a high performance face oil you will not want to go back to using regular moisturisers.
3) USE A MASK ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK
When I say Mask - it doesn't have to be time consuming or complex and you don't cover your face in green gloop or a sheet mask (which let's admit do look a bit freaky!).
The COCOROSA BEAUTY mask is a multi-tasking powder and can easily be mixed in your hand with water and your chosen oil blend. It takes a few seconds to mix up (and can also be mixed in a bowl or saucer) and can be applied to cleansed skin. SEE Recipes here
You can leave it on whilst watching TV, relaxing in the bath/shower or whilst cleaning your teeth. Ideally leave on for 10 minutes to get maximum benefits, but it can be rinsed off after a few minutes.
4) REGULARLY USE SKINCARE PRODUCTS WITH VITAMIN A
Regular use of Vitamin A (AKA the peoples favourite - Retinol) helps to regenerate the skin cells (encourage the skin cells rot reproduce at a quicker rate) plus it helps to plump the skin. It is ideal for acne skin too.

5) ALWAYS USE AN SPF (even in the Winter)
Make sure the SPF is separate to your moisturiser as they are for two different requirements (and benefits) for your skin.
